To our friends and family who have constantly blessed the counterculture and ACC,

We put together one of the hardest gatherings we have ever had to tonight!  It involves the ending of what we have known as the counterculture, and more recently Albuquerque Community Church.  Since early November we have been seeking the Lord in this.  We have found and since confirmed that this is His direction for this church the best as we can tell.  This is difficult for us, because we have seen so many of you become a dear part of our lives and this church.   

We will have a FINAL GATHERING NEXT WEEK on Saturday December 6 at 5:30 PM.  It will be filled with worship and wonder and will fuel your soul as we celebrate with stories, glories, and some fire to send you out.  Bring others who have been involved to hear our friend David Knuckles leading the music.  Let’s celebrate and thank God for all the memories we share.

As we near the finish line WE HAVE ALL RUN A GOOD RACE, and we want to finish strong!  Thanks for your indescribable help, encouragement, financial support, and service!  We are so thankful or all God has blessed us with through each of you.   We want to accomplish these three things by December 31.

    *Pay off all debts/bills. 

   

    *Pay staff/expenses through end of December. 

    *Create a sendoff for Billy and Tara for spending nine of the best years of their lives leading us.

We had a memorable gathering together tonight, and we will try to get a MP3 of it up online soon.  I felt a lot of care, concern, and even confirmation of our direction on this.  May we have your prayerful response too, as you consider where God is leading you.
